Where are JUVELAN engagement rings made?
Our engagement rings are designed by JUVELAN founder Johan Vandamme in Stuttgart. They are crafted by master goldsmiths in Pforzheim, the historic heart of German jewellery making – by hand, and only once you have placed your order. We work exclusively with recycled gold and platinum.
Which precious metals do you work with?
You can choose between 14 and 18 carat yellow, white or rose gold and 950 platinum. All our precious metals are recycled: no newly mined gold goes into your ring – with exactly the same quality and purity.
Natural or lab-grown diamond – why do you offer both?
Because the choice should be yours. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical composition, hardness and brilliance as natural diamonds, and there is no visible difference. For the same size, they are considerably more affordable. Natural diamonds have formed over millions of years – and for many people, that is exactly where their magic lies. All our stones are conflict-free.
Can I design my own engagement ring?
Yes. You can put together every design in our collection to suit you: metal, type of diamond, stone size and engraving. If you have a completely different idea in mind, we will design your ring together with you as a bespoke piece – from the first sketch to the finished one-of-a-kind ring. How do I find the right ring size?
The easiest way is with our ring sizer (Multisizer): you order it free of charge and only pay for shipping. It lets you find your ring size comfortably at home. If you are unsure, we are happy to help in a personal consultation.
How long does it take to receive my ring?
As every ring is only made once you order it, crafting takes 4 to 6 weeks. We then send it to you fully insured via UPS. Within Germany, shipping is free on orders from €500 – so on every one of our engagement rings.
Can I have my ring engraved?
Yes, with a personal engraving in script or block letters for €30. You can choose it directly on the product page.
Can I get personal advice?
Of course. Book a personal consultation – online or in our showroom in Stuttgart – or message us on WhatsApp. We take our time to answer your questions about stones, metals and ring size.
