Should your JUVELAN jewelery break later, we offer you a repair service. First of all, please send an email with a short description and a photo of the defective piece of jewelry to contact(at)juvelan.net. We will then make an estimate of the amount of work required and check whether the damage is due to a material defect or was the customer's fault. Depending on this, we will carry out the repair free of charge or send you a non-binding cost estimate.
